Terms of Service

DIYO ("DIYO", "we", "our") is a made-to-order custom clothing brand and a Udyam-registered micro manufacturing enterprise (UDYAM-KR-03-0729528) based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Every garment is stitched in-house to the client's measurements — we do not sell ready-made stock.

DIYO lets you design a custom outfit online — silhouette, fabric, and fit — preview it with AI-generated images, and order it over WhatsApp. The preview images are a visualisation aid: the finished garment is stitched from your chosen fabric and design and will closely follow the preview, but an AI render is not a photograph of the final product. Fabric colour may also vary slightly from screen to screen.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) during your WhatsApp conversation.
• An order is confirmed when you pay the deposit (30–50%) of the quoted price, as agreed in your order conversation. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.
• Payments are made by UPI. We never ask for your UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Shipping charges are quoted with your order and are payable by the client.

Your garment is stitched to the measurements you provide. Please measure carefully — our sizing guide walks you through it. Because the garment is made to your measurements, fit issues are rare; if the finished garment does not fit despite matching your provided measurements, we offer a free alteration as described in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy.

• Garments are made and dispatched within 15–20 days of order confirmation.
• Delivery takes a further 3–8 days depending on your location.
• Any "needed by" date you share helps us prioritise, but it is indicative — it is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we explicitly confirm one in writing.

Because every order is custom-made — fabric is sourced and cutting begins for your specific garment — the deposit is non-refundable once an order is confirmed. If DIYO cancels your order or cannot fulfil it for any reason, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid, including the deposit and any shipping charges.

• Preview images generated from your designs are for your personal use — share them, save them, order from them.
• DIYO may feature outfit-only renders (never your personal try-on images) in our community gallery and marketing. See the Privacy Policy for how photos are handled.
• Free preview generations are limited per day to keep the service fast and available for everyone. Automated, abusive, or bulk use of the design tools is not permitted.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (courier disruptions, natural events, strikes), though we will always keep you informed and work to minimise the impact.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
