Design the outfit first — it takes a few minutes and costs nothing — then request a quote from the preview screen. That opens WhatsApp with your design attached, which is what lets us price it properly. Prices start from ₹399 and depend on the outfit type and fabric.

Message us on WhatsApp from the same number you ordered from, with the order code in your confirmation message. We will tell you where the garment is and, if it has shipped, the tracking details.
Shipping and delivery timesSomething is wrong with what arrived
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Manufacturing defects and wrong items are our problem to fix, and we would much rather hear about it than not.

Email us from, or mention, the number you contacted us from so we can find your records. The privacy policy sets out exactly what we hold — including what happens to a try-on photo, which we never store.
