Co-ord Sets Style Guide

Matched top-and-bottom pairings designed for fast styling and visual consistency. Use this page to compare silhouettes and jump into a specific design route.

Why co-ord sets work

A co-ord set is two pieces designed as one look — matched in fabric and print so the outfit is coordinated by construction, not by morning effort. That is the whole appeal: one decision, instant polish, and two separates you can restyle with the rest of your wardrobe all year.

The weakness of ready-made co-ords is fit: sets are cut to a single size profile, so the top fits and the bottom does not, or the other way around. A custom co-ord removes that trade-off — on DIYO, both pieces are stitched separately to your own measurements from the fabric you chose, so the set actually fits as a set.

Choosing fabric for a co-ord set

Fabric sets the register: floral cotton makes an easy, breathable daytime set; satin turns the same silhouette into evening wear; checks and stripes give a sharper, graphic edge. If you are building your first custom set, start from the occasion you will wear it to most, then pick the fabric guide that matches.
